Q: Can you make customized items?

A: Definitely! We can customize items you see on the website with your logo, name, or certain artwork. We can also create something unique and different - if you have something in mind let's discuss and create something that fits your needs! Take a look at the gallery under the custom work tab to see some of the custom work that has been completed in the past. 

Q: What materials do you use? 

A: Wood is main material used to make products. We use baltic birch wood, which is certified sustainable and locally acquired wood. 

Q: Can I personalize a notebook, lapel pin, or any of other items for sale on the website? 

A: Yes! We encourage personalizations to make each product even more unique to connect with you. If you would like a personalized product, please email with the product you would like personalized and any features (i.e. paper type, size, finish, etc.). There will be an extra charge for personalizations and will range depending upon the product and number of personalizations. 

Q: Do you offer bulk order pricing?

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: We definitely do! Please send us an email at to receive more info and a wholesale catalog.

Q: Do you offer coupon codes or discounts? 

A: Yes! We love our loyal customers and are happy to offer discounts. Sign up for our mailing list for the latest.  We also post codes to Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter on occasion.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our products are made in-house in Nashville, TN out of certified sustainable wood. 

Q: Where are you located? 

A: In Nashville, TN. This business started in a studio apartment and will be moving to a workshop in East Nashville!

Q: Is everything really handmade? 

A: Yes! When we say handmade we really mean handmade. Each product starts as a sheet of wood and is transformed into the products you see on the site. All products are at least hand sanded, hand finished, and all designs are made in house. 


Shipping and Order Questions

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Most products are made to order - we will aim to process and produce your order within 7 business days. Once the product is complete, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing my take up to 14 business days and you will receive an email if there are any delays. 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number (via email). All orders will ship from Tennessee. 

Domestic orders take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. We cannot take responsibility for USPS delays. If you need a premier service, you can upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail and the transit time will be 2 business days or less (in most cases). 

International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive not including time in customs so please plan ahead! Please note, tracking abilities to international destinations vary depending on country. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee international ship times.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, unfortunately we do not.  

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We're sorry to hear you want to return a Sukhino Designs Product. We'll help you process that return as soon as possible. Unused orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Unfortunately, used or custom-engraved items may not be returned.

If your order qualifies, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment as soon as receive the returned item(s). Feel free to reach out to us with your return request at and we'll help you get that processed if it qualifies.
